NONPROFITS

Get Your Nonprofits Data AI‑Ready

The Nonprofits Pack is how Small Biz Data works with community nonprofits and charities. It starts with restricted money: knowing what each grant and gift may be spent on, reporting to funders on time, and keeping one record for every donor.

Who It's For

Human services, education and youth, arts and culture, health and community nonprofits, foundations that run programs, and membership associations. Their data sits across a donor or fundraising database, online giving and event tools, grant files and funder portals, program or case-management tools, payroll and the books.

What Stays With You

Small Biz Data organizes and connects the organization's data. It does not give legal, tax or audit advice. Form 990, the audit and how restricted gifts are released are the organization's and its CPA's and auditor's decisions. Grant applications and reports use the organization's own program results; AI never invents outcomes or numbers. Client and beneficiary case records stay out of AI tools unless the organization's policy and any funder or privacy rules allow it.
